Présentation
Elle enseigne le Management de l’innovation, l’éco-conception et l’intégration du Développement Durable dans les processus des entreprises. Elle est en charge de la spécialisation de M2 MEAL (Management des Entreprises Agroalimentaires).
Sa recherche porte sur la prise en compte du Développement Durable dans la conception de produits et les implications de cet objectif sur l’évolution des processus intra et interentreprises. Ces travaux visent à dégager :
\- des méthodes d’appréhension du besoin produit (pour la constitution des cahiers des charges),
\- des modèles de transformations des processus -notamment informationnels- qui supportent les changements organisationnels requis pour accroitre la production de valeur durable dans les chaines de valeurs industrielles.
