THEMATIQUES DE RECHERCHE

Mes travaux de recherche sont consacrés à la gestion durable de l’immunité des plantes cultivées vis-à-vis de leurs agents pathogènes, plus particulièrement des virus. J’aborde cette thématique de façon pluridisciplinaire grâce à la connaissance des interactions moléculaires entre plantes et virus, à la génétique et l’évolution des populations virales et à la modélisation. De façon plus générale, j’étudie certaines propriétés de l’évolution des virus des plantes (gamme d’hôtes, intensité de la dérive génétique lors du cycle infectieux viral, pressions de sélection exercées sur les virus).
