Bastien Castagneyrol


I am an ecologist with a broad interest in plant-insect interactions. I mostly work with trees and insect herbivores. I use a combination of observational and experimental approaches, in the field and the lab, to understand bottom-up and top-down forces driving tree resistance to insect herbivores. Part of my research is conducted with schoolchildren, through citizen science.
