Antoine Diet (MCF)

Antoine Diet graduated from the Ecole Supérieure d’Ingénieurs en Electronique et Electrotechnique de Paris (ESIEE Paris) in 2001 (Eng.) and received the Ph.D. degree from the Université de Marne la Vallée (UMLV, Paris-Est, France) in 2005 (Dr.) in the domain of Radio-Electronics and Telecommunications Systems. He is currently associate professor at the Université Paris Sud (IUT de Cachan, GEII) in the campus of Paris Saclay  and performed his research from 2005 to 2014 in the Laboratoire des Signaux et Systèmes (L2S UMR8506) and since 2015 is at the Pole Electromagnétisme (PIEM) in the Groupe de recherche en genie electrique et electronique de Paris Saclay (GeePs UMR8507) where he is in charge of animating the RFID activities. His research topics concern digital wireless architectures and antennas for wideband and multi-band communications, and more recently, magnetic coupling for RFID remote supplying and communication. Currently he focuses on RFID/NFC applications (tracking, localization) in near field (LF, HF) and wireless sensors networks (UHF, RFID-UWB).
