Anne-Laure Chateigner-Boutin


Chargée de Recherche INRAE dans l’équipe “Paroi Végétale et Polymères Pariétaux” (PVPP) de l’unité de recherche Biopolymères, Interactions, Assemblages (BIA) de Nantes depuis 2010, je co-anime depuis 2021 l'équipe PVPP avec Estelle Bonnin.

Après un doctorat en biologie moléculaire et cellulaire végétale obtenu à l’Université d’Angers (2000), j'ai effectué plusieurs post-doctorats tournés vers la compréhension de mécanismes biologiques, notamment de mécanismes de régulation de l'expression des gènes dans les organites végétaux (2001-2003 Université de Cornell USA ; 2003-2005 INRA Toulouse ; 2006-2009 ARC Plant Energy Biology Center Université d’Australie Occidentale).

Mes recherches actuelles sont centrées sur les parois cellulaires végétales des grains de céréales. Je m'intéresse en particulier à la formation, au remodelage et à la dégradation des parois, à leur variabilité, pour comprendre les effets de cette variabilité sur le développement des organes végétaux (comme le grain) et sur la qualité d’usage de ces organes végétaux (ex aptitude au broyage, à la panification, effet sur la santé).
