**Researcher in Information Systems Management**
After ten years as an IT project manager in multinationals and SMEs, in charge of ERP, business intelligence and CRM deployment projects, and a doctorate at the University of Montpellier, I am now a lecturer in Management Sciences at the IAE of the University of Poitiers, in charge of the M2 GRH EAD program.
My research focuses on four themes: the appropriation of management tools, digital transformation, innovation and digital project management. I'm particularly interested in the appropriation of digital tools, bricolage and organizational creativity, digital project management methods and the link between technological and managerial innovation.

**Chercheur en Systèmes d’information**
Après avoir été chef de projet informatique dans des multinationales et des PME pendant une dizaine d’années chargé de projets de déploiements de systèmes ERP, Business intelligence, CRM, puis doctorant à l’université de Montpellier, je suis Maître de Conférences en Sciences de Gestion à l'IAE de l'Université de Poitiers, responsable du M2 GRH EAD.
Mon travail de recherche est centré sur quatre axes thématiques : l’appropriation des outils de gestion, la transformation digitale, l’innovation et la gestion des projets numériques. Il s’intéresse en particulier à l’appropriation des outils numériques, le bricolage et la créativité organisationnelle, les méthodes de gestion de projets numériques et le lien entre l’innovation technologique et managériale.
